A domed hall on the southern shore of the Great Salt Lake, half an hour west of Salt Lake City, with an outdoor amphitheatre beside it. Das Energi takes over the whole site each summer.

It sits on a salt flat with no shade and no shelter — the wind comes straight off the lake and the ground is salt, not grass. Closed shoes, and expect everything you brought to come home dusty.
