Seven days on the Missouri River in Kansas City, and Dancefestopia is exactly as committed as that sounds. Riverfront Park becomes a full city of its own — camping, multiple stages, and a lineup that spans the entire electronic spectrum from bass to house to trance. The Midwest doesn't always get its due on the festival circuit, but Dancefestopia has quietly become one of the longest and most well-run runs of the fall season. If you can clear a week, it's worth it.
